    No matter how much time you spend delivering good customer service, it’s important to remember you can’t please everyone, every time. Whether it’s a customer with heightened expectations, or an otherwise lovely person who happens to be having a rough day, you will inevitably encounter customers who are difficult to satisfy. The key is to learn how to make the best of a difficult customer interaction and resolve these situations in a manner that satisfies everyone.

    In this course we will:

    Identify the three types of “Difficult Guests”
    Explore how to recognize our triggers and learn to self-manage our reactions
    Discover tools to aid in diffusing difficult customer interactions
    Combining outrageous comedy, customer interactions we can all relate to, and a cast of unforgettable characters, this course sets a highly entertaining stage for some solid customer service training on recognizing, understanding and taking care of difficult customers, because sometimes... it's your L.A.S.T chance
