Earning your CAM credential allows you to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners’ investment goals.

As a CAS designee, you will attend class on June 5th, 7th, and 8th for the following modules: Resident Experience, Financial, Risk, and Legal. Get insider information to the workings of the other side of the apartment industry, and gain invaluable connections with the folks whose feet are on the ground!

Attention prior CAM recipients, and all other members: We are now offering single-day attendance for any module you would like to take part in! For just $50 per day, be a part of the awesome instruction and small group activities on the day or days of your choice! Need to brush up on Financials? Register for Wednesday! Want to send a new employee to a day on legal and Fair Housing? Register them for Thursday! CECs will be received for the 8 hour single-day sessions. The day to day details are as follows:
Monday - Industry Essentials and Resident Experience (CAS Module)
Tuesday - Human Resources
Wednesday - Financials (CAS Module)
Thursday - Risk & Legal including Fair Housing (BOTH CAS Modules)
Friday - Marketing and Property Maintenance
Can select any day Monday-Friday to attend at Glynn Village
$50/day for members
