    The Leasing Representative is the first point of the contact between Pedcor Management Corporation and residents, prospects, contractors, and the general public. Marketing the apartments to prospective residents and processing the subsequent paperwork is the primary function of the position. The Leasing Representative should assist in ensuring that the property is compliant with all state and federal regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting residents, prospective residents and service providers promptly and professionally, Verbal and written correspondence, Providing community information and tours, Preparing applications and lease documents, Maintaining up-to-date community data and market information, Assisting with daily operations, audits, inspections and Other various administrative duties. 

    Position Requirements:
    -Understanding and adherence to all Fair Housing Laws and practices, including those applied at a national, state and local level.
    - Strong oral, written and electronic communication skills.
    - The ability to build and maintain relationships.
    - Advanced mathematical, organizational and planning skills.
    - Exceptional customer service skills, including an understanding of what motivates different personality types.
    - Section 42/Tax Credit experience-willing to train

    Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for taking care of our residential communities and the homes our residents live in. 

    What we are looking for:

    - Knowledge and minimal experience repairing plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.

    -Strong focus on resident satisfaction.

    -Thoroughness, attention to detail, and drive for results.

    -Ability to be on-call and work nights and weekends in case of emergencies.

    3000 Grand Apartments now hiring full time Maintenance Technician:

    Essential Functions for Maintenance Technician are as follows:

    Performs duties related to maintenance of property which include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, snow removal and janitorial.  Position require rotational on call duties of same nature.  Physical demands include constant walking and lifting up to 25lbs.  Frequent lifting up to 75lbs.  Frequent bending, squatting, climbing ladders and operating power tools and other miscellaneous equipment.

    Ideal applicant will have minimum 1 year experience in multi-family housing.
